The customer is from South Africa. He has visited our factory since 2019. He has inquired about many products and sent many quotations and price lists to the customer since 2019, but he has never had the opportunity to purchase.
In April, 2020, we received the customer's inquiry. About the hoist hook, 10 pieces of 5T and 10T are needed respectively. The simple customer quoted the price, and the customer directly paid the full amount.
This product is in stock. We arranged the delivery shortly after the customer paid for it. Everything went well. After a year's adjustment, we have reached our first cooperation. I believe it will not be the last.
